I started my new job! And I unexpectedly got a HUGE office?! (I feel so professional lol). But, there's one major problem...the office is so empty and dull!
My HUGE empty office!
Luckily, I have a lot of lego to go through. Including Lego 43226, Lego Duos. One of the Disney 100 kits!
The kit includes 4 sidekick duos from Disney and Pixar classics:
°o° Lumiere and Cogsworth °o° Squirt and Nemo °o° Pua and Hei Hei °o° Percy and Meeko
I got this kit (slightly) on sale at Target as an Easter present from my mom!
Inside the box, the kit's contents are nicely organized. The kit comes with 4 separate instruction packets tucked neatly in a cardboard folder. I appreciate how each duo comes with its own instructions allowing this kit to be a great idea for a group activity!
Instruction packet 1 and bag 1 includes everything you need to build Beauty and the Beast's iconic duo- Lumiere and Cogsworth.
Look at how cute they turned out!
Instruction packet 2 and bag 2 includes all the contents for "Finding Nemo" and Squirt, from Pixar's classic Finding Nemo. The smaller pieces were placed into smaller packets. This helps prevent spillage and loss of pieces upon opening.
The newest duo represented on this list is the so cute you could eat (but would never) Pua and Hei Hei! Also don't worry I organized the smaller pieces by color as well.
Packet 4 requires both bags 4 and 5 to create Pocahontas's 'frenemies' Meeko and Percy! Bag 4 includes everything you need to build Meeko and the stand. Then bag 5 has all the pieces needed to build Percy. I am not quite sure why this duo required seperate bags...perhaps Lego wanted to ensure Meeko didn't steal anymore of Percy's biscuits lol!
Review : 10/10's
This kit was very peaceful to build! It was relatively easy to put together without being boring. The bricks were easy enough to take apart if needed, but are secure on the final product.
I am so happy how these turned out and would recommend them to any Disney lover! Especially groups of 4. I wish I had created these with my 3 siblings as I think this would be a wonderful group activity! But... then again I am so happy I get all four, because look at how cute they look in my office!
